Car Accident reports are often late and drivers' have to pay penalty for not reporting on time

We went through the process of reporting accidents, created journey maps, User Personas to understand the pain points.

We created multi modal prototypes : one for website and another for the mobile app. Both were created using Axure.

We tested on task completion and ease of use. We iterated through our designs to simply some interactions.
