Academic stress is one of the main stressors college students experience while pursuing their education. This paper is about the process we went through to develop a mobile application that aims to reduce academic stress in college students. This covers the stages of doing research on a variety of designs, conducting a contextual inquiry, storyboarding, scenario design, paper prototyping, and user testing. We tested our interactive prototype with 3 participants remotely, and it received positive and promising feedback overall.
